Leadership Style

This questionnaire is designed to explore how leaders respond to different situations they may encounter in their professional roles.

You will be presented with a series of situations involving team members, objectives, or changing conditions. For each situation, you will be asked to indicate how you would most likely react or what you would choose to do as a leader. The purpose of this questionnaire is not to assess performance, but to better understand your natural leadership tendencies across different contexts.

This questionnaire is intended as a reflective tool to foster self-awareness and learning. Please answer each question based on what you would actually do in the situation described, rather than what you believe a leader should do.

This questionnaire is adapted from the work of Paul Hersey and Kenneth H. Blanchard (Management of Organizational Behavior: Leading Human Resources, Boston: Pearson).
